Recently more and more investors, finance specialists, bankers, sponsors and people interested in investing talk about him. What caused the sudden interest? Did the finance world discover a new genius? Let’s start from the beginning.
Professor Graham La Roux is not a celebrity and he prefers to stay out of the spotlight, as it is rather hard to find information about him online. However, we managed to do that. He was born in a small town called Ange in the south of France. His mother was a mathematics teacher, his father was a banker, and his grandfather was a famous French mathematician, Pierre Bézier. He showed a mathematician’s genes from a very young age. When he was 12 he won a National Mathematics Competition, and two years later he also won Mathematical Olympics, earning the title of the most promising mathematicians of the younger generation. A youth like that indicated that young La Roux’s genius will sooner or later be noticed.
In the following years, Mr. La Roux became a honor student of Economy School of Harvard, a well-respected member of United States Busines Club and one of the most important investment specialists. The professor started to specialize in modern investments, mostly cryptocurrencies. He gained respect in the field among finance and investments specialists by regularly publishing high-quality articles and giving lectures about economy and investing in cryptocurrencies. The professor is well-respected among investors and finance specialists, although he always tried to stay out of the public eye. But recently he started getting popular.
It was caused by his presentation during EC Conference: Promoting Sustainable Finance, which took place in Brussels in the beginning of 2019. During his prelection the professor very enthusiastically spoke about cryptocurrencies and even named his favourite - the Ripple cryptocurrency. Because of it we decided to shortly interview him about his thoughts on investing in e-coins.
